Get ready to program your coffee roaster with the W6 Profile System Touch from Giesen. Have maximum control over your Giesen coffee roasters and be able to adjust and monitor all their settings, such as the power, temperature, fan speed, and drum speed. Using visual graphics, the W6 will provide you with real-time information about your coffee roast through its 14-inch touch screen display. Its ‘click and drag’ editor makes it very easy for users to create a new profile.
The Giesen W6 provides you with a complete roaster control system, including recipe recording and playback. You can access an unlimited number of recipes to provide you with highly accurate and repeatable coffee roasting of individual origins so that you can roast using the same proven recipe again and again for multiple batches. You can also fine tune each of the roast parameters to help you perfect any of the recipes recorded by the profiler.
Apart from being able to record, save and play roast recipes, you can also export the recipe of your roast sessions to a PDF or Excel file. This lets you create a backup and archive your roasts outside the Giesen Profiler. The W6 software also allows you to create profiles based only on actions and conditions. This lets you maintain accurate and consistent roast settings at all times.
