Quiet, Padded Knocking
Knock boxes are subject to repetitive knocking and tapping, that’s why they need to be sturdy and made of the right materials. With this stainless steel knockbox from Miran, the knock bar is made with a rubber padding, helping suppress the knocking noise made when tapping out coffee grounds from pods. The padding provides the perfect surface for "knocking out" spent coffee and efficiently disposing of grounds.
Two Choices for Disposing Coffee Grounds
The Miran stainless steel knock box has two options available: closed from bottom or opened (for high volume dispensing). Closed-bottom boxes are good for small-spaced coffee stations wherein you will only need a small knockbox for your coffee grounds. But if you have an undercounter garbage disposal, the opened-bottom design will be an ideal choice for passing grounds through the chute.
